Rates Includes:

•	Rates are quoted with breakfast up to 2 staying persons in a 1 Bedroom Suite and up to 4 staying persons for the 2 Bedroom Suite.
•	Extra breakfast is chargeable based on the rates as shown below.

•	Rates are quoted ++ and nett, rates quoted ++ are subject to additional 10% service charge and 5% government tax.

Terms & Conditions:

•

A surcharge of RM60.00 ++ per apartment per night is applicable during Formula One Period from 05 to 09 April 2007.

•

A surcharge of RM50.00 ++ per apartment per night is applicable from 01 July 2007 to 31 August 2007.

•

Extra Person/Extra bed is chargeable at RM70.00 ++ per bed per night with 1 breakfast.

•

Rates quoted ++ are subject to additional 10% service charge and 5% government tax.

•

No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent with the existing beddings.

•

Check Out Time: 12.00 noon

•

Check In Time: 2.00 pm

•

Rates are applicable to Overseas market.

Rates quoted are for local and overseas market alike

All Rates are subject to change without prior notice

Extended check-out during Peak Period:

Up to 6 pm - 50% of published rate imposed

After 6 pm - one day's rate imposed

Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.

Room reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

Cancellation Policy:
One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 84 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Children under the age of 6 years and of registered guests enjoy complimentary buffet meals when dining with 2 adults.
Children above 6 and below 12 years old, will be accorded a 50% discount off the retail buffet price.

Cancellation Policy:

LOW SEASON

One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

PEAK SEASON

One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 15 DAYS prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
